At Centauri, the integrated use of project management discipline is essential to successful project management, and our Earned Value Management (EVM) System is a key program management discipline.
We will use our EVMS as a critical cost forecasting, monitoring and evaluating tool for managing the projects. Our EVMS will incorporate information from our internal control systems (Project Management, Time and Expense Tracking, Accounting, Costing) to provide a variety of metrics that will be used to track, assess, and control the delivery of each deliverable. It will enable our Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to conduct frequent schedule and cost reviews
